Everybody loves the playground..

Oh.. the good ole days. Recess, play structures, wall ball, hop scotch, tether ball.. This weekend I finally let Tatum and Carson play on the play structure during the football game. I have never let them do this as Tatum tends to be a tad forgetful and not watch over her brother. But what do I expect from a 7.5 yr old girl. ??? Needless to say Logan's game was on the field closest to the playground and Jon's bosses daughter who is 9 was over there playing so I let the kids play as I could see them and watch them at all times. Tatum did a great job of watching over her brother and I got to enjoy his game without kids climbing all over me and asking famous " is it over yet?"..

Lots of Lasts....

Well, it is that time of the year when things are winding down. We finished with sports this past weekend and I am looking forward to having weekends off for a while. we have not had a single free weekend of no sports since august last summer. Yep, you read that right.. August. So we are excited and sad all at the same time. Tatum had a great last softball game and Logan even ran the ball this past weekend during his football game. So now we get a little break till the fall when soccer starts. Both kids are signed up and our saturdays will be full of youth soccer and Beaver football games.. GO DUCKS!! I am such a good wife! enjoy the pics..

Introducing...The Jammie Band..

So last night we had family xbox night. I hate the fact that we have an xbox, a WI, and a playstation 3, as I feel it is a total distraction from family time. My husband and children are addicted.. SO that being said I have made sure we get some games we all love and can play as a family. So we spent last night playing Rock band and had a total blast. The kids all took turns playing the guitars, drums and singing. And Daddy really got into as well, this I am sure is no shock to anyone! Here are some pics.. please don't pay to much attention to their attire. They were in Jammies and the boys hate wearing pants these days.. But do you notice who is in underwear?? Carson is officially potty trained, even at night and nap time!! I am so excited to not have to buy diapers!! Enjoy the picks.
